The Loud 100

Thursday, June 22nd!

Danville’s Biggest Musician Jam.

Calling all musicians!!!!

Borrowing the idea from a video that went viral of 1000 musicians gathered in Italy all playing one Foo Fighters song together, The Loud 100 will assemble as many singers, guitarists, bass players and drummers that we can in downtown Danville for what will be the biggest jam that this area has ever seen.

To kick off what hopes to be an annual event our committee has chosen “Small Town” by John Mellencamp.  In 1983, John Mellencamp was the second largest crowd Danville had seen at the Civic Center (now the David S. Palmer Arena).

Our goal is to create a video to invite Mellencamp back to Danville!!!

 – The Loud 100 is completely free for both participants and spectators.

– Live music following The Loud 100 featuring First Gig Rock N Roll Camp instructors and more.

– Food and beverage vendors.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT WILL BE AT KRESGE PARK IN THE FIRST BLOCK OF VERMILION!!!!
